To guide you with the right information and resources, we first take time to get to know you. Learning about your family, traditions, preferences, and religious observances helps us better understand your needs.
As our conversation unfolds, our team will complete a simple statistical questionnaire and walk you through your options, explaining each step along the way. Our goal is to ensure you leave the consultation feeling confident in your decisions and with a clear understanding of the roles of the funeral home, cemetery, and other professionals involved in end-of-life planning.
Whether you are pre-planning, arranging at the time of need, purchasing cemetery property, erecting a monument, or ordering shiva catering, we combine our expertise with our trusted network of partners to make sure your needs are met with care.
You don’t need to prepare in advance, but it can be helpful to have the following on hand:
Social Security information (for the deceased or the person you are planning for)
Cemetery property documentation (deed or reservation)
Hebrew name or ketubah (if applicable)
Military discharge papers
Any prior funeral paperwork
If you don’t have these documents, that’s okay—we’ll guide you through what’s needed and help you obtain them whenever possible.
The bottom line: we’re here for you.
It all begins with a conversation.
